There is a classic historical event on next week in Tullylish.

All Saints Tullylish are celebrating 150 years of their church building with a series of events this year and this is one of them.

There is a photographic exhibition depicting Tullylish and area by local photographer Brendan Byrne. Also many digital reproductions of photographs depicting people and the area over the years, contributed by locals depicting their lives and experiences over their lifetime.

The local cricket team Millpark are displaying their history with a stand and a feature depicting the life and time of Master Albert Uprichard recently departed.

This event is open in the church hall from 6 to 9 nightly. 18th to the 22nd June.

As an added bonus we have local history buff Plunket Campbell Conducting evening historical walks of the area nightly at 7pm. come hear him bring the area alive as he walks you back through time on these excellent walks. Just in case the summer continues on its present course of rain he will conduct a virtual tour of the walk on wet and inclement nights.
